Richard Aregood, UND Assistant Professor of Communication, will now contribute a monthly Public Editor column for the Philadelphia Daily News. Aregood is a former Daily News Editorial Page Editor and Pulitzer Prize winner. The Philadelphia Media Network announced this as part of a series of enhancements to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia Daily News, and philly.com.
Other notable changes for the Daily News include adding former Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell as a new weekly contributing sports columnist, and Pulitzer Prize winning, best-selling author Buzz Bissinger as Daily News Editorial Advisor and occasional guest columnist.
